A variety of stretches designed to safely and gently increase your flexibility and mobility. Class begins with a gentle warm up, leading to muscle stretches.

Equipment to bring: What to wear: Important information:
- Class members must notify the instructor of any physical injuries or limitations before class begins. If in doubt, please consult your physician.
- Stretchy clothing that doesn’t hang loose, grip socks (important!) No shoes are allowed.
- Yoga mat, beach towel, stretch strap, water to drink.
