Experience an unforgettable evening of Jazz with the legendary Chuck Bergeron and the delightfully daring jazz vocals of Kate Reid. You’ll hear favorites from The Great American Songbook, some great standards, and a few other surprises. Enjoy an up-close-and-personal “Bass & Face” performance in the intimate setting of the Moe Auditorium with a special guest artist and SWF-acclaimed guitarist Rick Howard.

Chuck has toured, performed, and recorded with a myriad of jazz luminaries, including Joe Williams, Stan Getz, Randy Brecker, Ronnie Cuber, and many more. In 2000, Chuck accepted a teaching position at the University of Miami and now runs the Jazz Bass Studio and is the director of the Jazz Pedagogy Program at UM’s Frost School of Music. He also leads the South Florida Jazz Orchestra, a modern big band comprised of Miami’s best jazz and studio musicians.
