Internationally known Master Ikebana Designer, Margy Metzler holds the rank of Nihon Sokatuko in Kado Sensho Ikenobo School of Ikebana. Sensei Margy will take you on a journey through the Ancient Art known as Ikebana or “The way of Flowers” with a modern twist. Having lived and studied in Japan for 7 years she received her Sensei certifications to teach and finds great joy in sharing her knowledge. The designs of Kado are referred to as “Ikebana flower arranging” and specialists of the ways of the Kado are called “Kadoka” meaning flower masters. Kado Sensho Ikenobo prides itself on creativity and using only plant material in the designs.
