Morning Session: 9am - 12pm
Afternoon Session: 1pm - 4pm
Price per camp session (3-hour session daily for 5 days): $169 Member / $219 Non-Member

Start the summer by discovering and creating! Each day is a new art discovery using different materials, tools, and techniques.

Week 2: June 12-16
Beading Basics for Teens
Ages 13+ (AM)
Learn the basics of bead weaving and take it to the next level by creating your own wearable masterpieces!
Acting for the Stage
Ages 9-13 (PM)
Learn to collaborate with other actors, take directions, develop characters, and more with this dive into theatre technique! Ends with a final showcase on Friday at 3:30pm.
Week 3: June 19-23
Sewing workshop
Ages 13+ (AM)
Learn basic sewing techniques while creating unique works using various types of fabric and crafting techniques.
Wheel Throwing (@ CVA location) ($5 additional fee)
Ages 13+ (AM)
Sitting at the potter's wheel and forming a bowl or vase is very gratifying. Learn to wedge clay and throw on the wheel. Pieces are finished with colorful glazes.
Drawing and Shading
Ages 13+ (PM)
Create several drawings while learning and perfecting your observational skill and shading technique using several mediums.
Fun with Glass for Teens (@ CVA location)
Ages 13+ (PM)
Learn about basic design & color while working with glass. Create a variety of pieces working at your own pace. Tools provided.
Week 4: June 26-30
Technology in Art
Ages 13+ (AM)
Create imaginative pieces using technology such as Glowforge and 3-D printing.
Acrylic Painting
Ages 13+ (PM)
Create several artistic paintings using acrylic. Learn the medium or develop further your technique in acrylic painting.
Auditions, Callbacks, and Character Building
Ages 10-14 (PM)
Study with industry professionals to learn what it takes to get a role and then develop it into a stellar performance! Ends with a final showcase on Friday at 3:15.
Week 5: July 3-7
Cookonomics: Culinary Passport ($10 additional fee)
Ages 13+ (AM)
A mouthful of culture! Each day campers experience making a new dish from a different location around the world.

Create several drawings while learning and perfecting your observational skill and shading technique using several visual arts media.
Week 6: July 10-14
Digital Photography
Ages 13+ (AM)
Learn about photography as an art form. Create modern works of art using different computer programs using your own photos.
Acrylic Painting
Ages 13+ (PM)
Learn the step by step process of creating a painting. Start with the week with brain-storming and sketching session and end with a masterpiece by the end of the week. Each student will work individually at different levels with teacher guidance.
Acting: Voice and Movement
Ages 10-14 (PM)
Study Accents, Dialects, and physical acting techniques as you explore the next level of Theatre Performance! Finishes with a Showcase on Friday at 3:30pm
Week 7: July 17-21
Resin Creations ($10 additional fee)
Ages 13+ (AM)
Create resin art pieces using molds and various other techniques.
Camp Rock!
Ages 10-14 (PM)
Crank the amps to 11, this camp gives students the opportunity to bring their electric guitar/bass, drums, keys or vocals into a fun, judgement-free environment. Students study songwriting, collaboration and recording fundamentals. Final Jam on Friday at 3:30pm.
Oil Pastels
Ages 13+ (PM)
Create colorful works of art exploring the medium of pastels and different styles that can be achieved with oil pastels.

Explore a different artist every day and create works of art inspired by each of them.
Expressionism in Art
Ages 13+ (PM)
Create exciting works of art that allow for self-expression using different material and techniques.
Broadway in Bonita
Ages 9-13 (PM)
If you’ve been onstage before, but want to sharpen your singing/dance skills, this is the camp for you! Each student develops a solo piece and participates in ensemble dance/vocal numbers that push them to the next level! Showcase on Friday at 3:30.
