Winter Break Camp (Dec 2023-Jan 2024)
Drop off 8:30am – 9:00am
Morning Session 9:00am – 1:00pm
Class will be held 9-12 and lunch will be 12-1pm
Afternoon Session 1:00pm – 5:00pm
Class will be held 1-4 and 4-5 is a post class debrief and a group activity
Students can be picked up any time after 4:00pm until 5:30pm
LUNCH & SNACKS – WHAT TO BRING
Students will enjoy scheduled breaks during the day to relax and have a snack. Please ensure your child is equipped with their own snacks and drinks, preferably water. If your child will be staying past 12:00, please remember to pack lunch. Be mindful not to include items that require refrigeration or heating in a microwave. Additionally, kindly provide any necessary utensils and napkins for your child. Please avoid nuts as many students have allergies.
WHAT TO WEAR
Students should wear comfy clothes fit for a day of play and exploration and sneakers or closed toed shoes. Please remember that our visual art classes tend to get messy so dress your student accordingly.
MISSED CAMP DAYS
No credits, make-ups or pro-rated fees will be given even in the event your child does not show up for an already paid day.
Cancellations requested up to 30 days prior to start date – 100% refund less $10.00 non-refundable registration fee, per ticket
Cancellations requested two – two weeks prior to start date – 50% refund per ticket
Cancellations requested fewer than two weeks prior to start date – No refunds
As a reminder, camp purchases made using an early bird discount are non-refundable.
